The last troubleshooting thing that I want to mention is that I definitely have seen a handful of my clients them struggle with their their transactions not importing correctly, or importing really slowly. So there's a few easy things to try first. And YNAB will walk you through those if you pop that in their customer service widget (things like like disconnecting and reconnecting your bank connection and then, basically resetting up the account).

And if that doesn't work. I'm begging you to please reach out to Y NAB for support with this. They are really great about getting it figured out. That is top goal of theirs, because if people can't get it to work, they're not going to use their software. So they take it really seriously. You just need to ask them through their current customer service contact method and let them know that you're having a hard time. They will do some cool, fancy tech stuff to make that happen. I think half the time, my clients don't believe that they'll actually help but it does. So I'm just telling you for real, they will help you!!!
