I know how weird it can feel to talk about money when your work is so personal. When you’re showing up with care, attention, time, presence. And when you genuinely would do it for free if your bills were magically paid.

But they’re not. And if you want to keep doing the work you love, you need to get paid in a way that feels clear and solid.
